President and Founder James Kruper started ADSI with wife and partner Gina Kruper in 1991. Together, they have built a business focused on employee and customer satisfaction above all else.
ADSI is most often referred to as “KioWare”, the primary software product produced by the company. KioWare is kiosk system software to lockdown your Android or Windows Device, with KioCloud, an online kiosk management subscription SAAS, to manage your kiosks. Continuing in the manner in which we started, ADSI (dba KioWare), also offers custom software kiosk app development – building custom applications to integrate and deploy with KioWare’s out of the box kiosk software.

Our commitment to the York area extends beyond the business with both Jim & Gina Kruper serving on the Corporate Board of Directors at the York YMCA, as well as participating in a plethora of York community service activities like the YorIt Initiative.
KioWare has customers in over 110 countries, and has sold to over 8,000 organizations in every vertical market including government, banks, healthcare, education, retail, and more, since the product’s inception 13 years ago. With an international presence, and a satellite office in England, KioWare continues to build on the customer focused product development & technical support integral to our mission.
