It looks like Six Flags has a new exclusive provider for ticketing kiosks. We were wondering why Pyramid was insistent on IAAPA tradeshow and now we know.
Ticketing kiosks are bread and butter units for kiosk manufacturers. But Amusement parks are much more than rides and tickets.

It helps to have large team behind you committed to your success. Pyramid demonstrates that with Diebold and McDonalds. Now they demonstrate with Six Flags.

- History — Six Flags has done these for years. We did ticketing kiosks for Six Flags way back when at KIOSK. We built the kiosk but then assisted Accesso with the application. Specifically it either a Datacard or Magicard device and I custom contracted a .NET wrapper for them to use since the particular printer didn’t support .NET (more than one way to achieve objective). Six Flags was much like Greyhound but biggest problem with Greyhound is that often the bus terminals were located near or underneath concrete freeways (think Houston). Getting reliable 3G connection required extra work.
