A new kiosk at Rockdale County tax commissioner office in Conyers, Ga., allows citizens to renew their vehicle registrations without waiting in line for the next available window clerk.

Once the computer verifies that the vehicle has passed inspection, the car owner can swipe a debit or credit card for payment and the license plate sticker comes out.
