Dubai – Interactive kiosks to host ministry services

Residents will be able to pay fines renew visas and access their records


“After verifying the user’s ID card via the scanner, the customer service employee will be able to access all of the person’s records with the ministry. Customers can then renew their registrations, passports and visas. They can also pay their fines via the integrated credit card machine. The kiosk offers the entirety of the ministry’s services.”
