Digital kiosks may be coming to Harrisburg, creating ‘smart city’

Harrisburg city council is considering a resolution that will allow a New York-based Smart City Media LLC to install 25 digital kiosks around the city.

Revenue model — company provides the content and seeks advertising to pay for it, and the city will receive 25 percent of the net advertising revenue.
